Executive Office Administrator
We are seeking a highly organized and efficient Executive Office Administrator to join our team. The Executive Office Administrator will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of our office, ensuring that everything runs smoothly and efficiently. If excellent organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously are strengths of yours, we’d like to hear from you.

Key Responsibilities
- Office Management:
- Maintain a well-organized office environment.
- Manage office supplies inventory and place orders as needed.
- Coordinate maintenance, cleaning and repairs for office equipment and facilities.
- Receive incoming, local and international, courier packages and prepare outgoing packages
- Administrative Support:
- Schedule meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements.
- Prepare and edit correspondence, reports, and presentations.
- Coordinate and organize training sessions and company events.
- Managing phone calls and correspondence
- Communication:
- Serve as the first point of contact for visitors and incoming calls.
- Handle incoming and outgoing mail and courier packages.
- Maintain and update contact lists and office records.
- Liaise with medical insurance providers to process and forward personnel medical insurance claims, ensuring records of insured personnel are current, including new additions and departures.
- Coordinate with the Customer Contact Centre and Customer Experience Department.
- Act as a mediator between the Customer Experience and Customer Contact Centre teams to address reservation issues.
Qualifications & Skills:
- Diploma in Office Administration or demonstrated work experience of at least 2 years in a similar role
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in both English & Greek
- Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, Power Point, Outlook)
- Excellent organizational and time management skills
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information
- Customer facing skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities.
