Accountant

Our Company is growing and looking to find a dynamic and motivated candidate to join our Finance Department in Larnaca.

Main duties & Responsibilities:

  • Bookkeeping.
  • Reconciliation of accounts payable & receivable. 
  • Cooperation with external auditors.
  • Preparation of VAT reports.
  • Preparation of accounts/management reports as per request of CFO.

Qualifications:

  • Degree in Accounting/Finance or holder of LCCI 2nd level or higher or previously experience of 3 years in a similar position.
  • Excellent MS Excel skills.
  • Very good knowledge of MS Office Suite products (Outlook, Word & PowerPoint).
  • Strong Analytical and Logical skills.
  • Ability to work in a demanding environment and flexibility to adapt to rapid changes.
  • Excellent written and verbal knowledge of English.
  • Strong interpersonal skills.

    The Marketing & Events Officer plays a pivotal role in driving marketing initiatives and events to elevate Cyprus Airways' presence, bolster brand recognition, and foster customer engagement and loyalty. This multifaceted position involves ideating, organizing, and overseeing marketing campaigns and events in collaboration with internal teams and external partners to meet business objectives effectively.

    Main Duties and Responsibilities:

    Content Creation and Management:

    • Craft compelling content across various marketing channels, both digital and traditional.
    • Collaborate with creative teams to develop impactful marketing collateral and assets.
    • Oversee Internal Communications Newsletter.

    Campaign Performance Analysis:

    • Monitor and assess the effectiveness of marketing campaigns and events.
    • Utilize data-driven insights to refine strategies and achieve revenue goals.

    Brand Promotion and Reputation Management:

    • Monitor brand presence and reputation across diverse platforms.
    • Implement strategies to enhance brand perception and handle crisis situations adeptly.

    Market Research and Trends Analysis:

    • Conduct thorough market research to identify industry trends, customer preferences, and competitor strategies.
    • Utilize research findings to inform and optimize marketing strategies.

    EDM (Electronic Direct Mail) Management:

    • Segment email lists and tailor content according to audience preferences and behaviours.
    • Analyse post-campaign results and provide comprehensive reports.

    Budget Management and Reporting:

    • Manage marketing budgets for events and campaigns efficiently.
    • Prepare detailed monthly reports and oversee campaign code management.

    Qualifications:

    • Bachelor's Degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field.
    • Proficiency in design and digital marketing tools, including EDM platforms.
    • Strong project management skills with a keen eye on budget control.
    • Excellent interpersonal, communication, and negotiation abilities.

    Our Company is growing and looking to find dynamic and motivated candidates to join our Customer Contact Centre in Larnaca.

    Main Duties and Responsibilities:

    • Respond to customers’ queries with the aim of a first-time resolution and within the agreed response time
    • Perform ticketing and reservation transactions and other related duties
    • Manage and resolve customer complaints
    • Follow up customer calls where necessary
    • Route calls to an appropriate resource
    • Ensure the best customer service experience is given to all customers
    • Promote the products and services of the airline
    • Handle customers across different platforms, including Telephony, Social Media, Website and Email
    • Achieve set KPIs whilst maintaining excellent quality
    • Upsell products and services to customers
    • Place outbound calls to customers to promote new products and services
    • Ensure call records are properly stored and organized in a call center database
    • Oversee the timely management of outgoing calls

    Qualifications:

    • A minimum of 1 year of experience in either the Aviation Industry,  Call Centre or other Customer Service-related field will be considered an advantage
    • College / University degree will be considered an advantage
    • Airline reservation system or any GDS knowledge will be considered an advantage
    • Very good verbal and written communication skills in Greek and English. Knowledge of Russian, French and Italian languages will be considered an advantage
    • Excellent customer service skills 
    • Computer skills
    • Strong team working ability
    • Willingness and flexibility to work on a shift basis
    • EU citizenship is a must
