The Requirements

• At least 5 years experience in a similar role
• Chief Engineer’s CoC with sailing experience as a Chief Engineer on dry cargo vessels
• Strong OPEX budget management, financial & technical reporting skills
• Strong technical problem-solving skills and commercial acumen
• Maritime regulatory knowledge
• Ability to plan, allocate resources and lead teams
