We have an open vacancy for an HR-Payroll Assistant who will perform a variety of personnel-related tasks.

Position Responsibilities:

  • Organizes and maintains employee records (eg. employee benefits, employment status)
  • Updates internal HR databases (e.g. new hires, separations, vacation and sick leaves sick or maternity leave) and coordinates with other departments (eg IT) to ensure that all systems are aligned
  • Prepares HR documents, like employment contracts and new hire guides
  • Manages & executes the induction of new hires in cooperation with the Talent team
  • Provides orientation for new employees by sharing onboarding packages and explaining company policies
  • Completes termination paperwork

This role requires a deep understanding of cyber security, threat intelligence, and incident response methodologies.

        Main Responsibilities

        • Train & guide the L2 team to their offense’s investigation or investigation techniques.

        • Provides tuning recommendations to administrators based on findings during investigations or threat information reviews.

        Professional Experience & Qualifications

        • Minimum of 5 years of experience in cybersecurity, with at least 3 years in a SOC or incident response role.
        • Deep understanding of network protocols, operating systems, and security technologies.
        • Proficiency in using SIEM platforms and other security tools for monitoring and analysis.
        • Deep understanding of security concepts
        • Scripting and programming knowledge will be considered a strong plus.

          Main Responsibilities

          • Implement Cybersecurity Solutions by designing, deploying, and maintaining cybersecurity solutions tailored to protect maritime assets, particularly focusing on vessel cybersecurity via the provided service framework.
          • Act as a point of escalation for Level 1 SOC cyber security analysts in support of information security investigations to provide guidance and oversight on events analysis, incidents resolution and containment techniques.

          Position Responsibilities 

          • Serve as the first line of support for all IT-related incidents and inquiries
          • Perform troubleshooting to diagnose and resolve problems (repair or replace parts, debugging etc.)

He/she might need to work along with a team of skilled professionals to address complex problems, when needed.             Main Responsibilities

            • Acts as a point of escalation for Level 1 SOC cyber security analysts in support of information security investigations to provide guidance and oversight on events analysis, incidents resolution and containment techniques

            • Leverages threat intelligence / opensource intelligence (OSINT) to assess potential attacks / incidents under investigation in collaboration with the Threat Intelligence Team
            • Logs and documents handled incidents and actions taken and reviews closed tickets
            • Mentors Level 1 Cyber Security analysts regarding risk management, information security controls, incident analysis, incident response, SIEM monitoring, and other operational tasks in support of technologies managed by the Security Operations Center.
            • Prepares Monthly Executive Summary Reports for SOC clients
            • Suggests and maintains SIEM correlation rules and use cases.
            • Conducts research to keep abreast of latest security issues

             

            Professional Experience & Qualifications

            • 1-2 years of previous professional experience as a Cyber Security Analyst Level 1 is mandatory while prior experience as Cyber Security Analyst Level 2 will be considered a strong plus
            • Bachelor’s degree in information security, ICT, Networking or any other relevant field. Master’s degree in information security will be preferred.
            • Very good knowledge of Linux / Unix / Windows systems.
            • Networking and associated protocols (TCP/IP, UDP, OSI model etc.)
            • Information Security (Security standards and practices, Security technologies, Security Monitoring, Penetration Testing, Incident Response, Threat landscape etc.) 
            • Hands-on experience with SIEM - IBM QRadar is preferred
            • Experience with Microsoft Sentinel and Azure technologies will be considered a strong plus 
            • Relevant certifications: IBM Certified Analyst - Security QRadar SIEM, SC-200, CySA+, Security+, MS500
            • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with attention to detail
            • Very good organizational and time management skills
            • Good communication skills and a customer-oriented approach
            • Ability to work efficiently both within a team and independently
            • Ability to work under pressure 
            • Fluency both in Greek and English languages, oral and written.

              Main Responsibilities

              • Performs troubleshooting, maintenance and repair as well as preventative maintenance and field modifications on customer equipment as per manufacturer/client instructions, in a timely and efficient manner so as to achieve agreed SLAs with customer
              • Installs, modifies, uninstalls when required, tests and repairs equipment and/or software on customer premises as per manufacturer/client instructions
              • Performs staging, test, cleaning, repairs on equipment according to manufacturer instructions in Company premises
              • Maintains customer service logs and internal service records in the required format and in a timely manner; updates knowledge database by recording resolution procedures in new incidents
              • Reports issues in real-time and collaborates with Customer Service Centre and Client Helpdesk to help resolve issues timely
              • Collaborates with Warehouse team in order to manage repair parts and equipment under responsibility
              • Adheres to current regulatory requirements where applicable 

              Professional Experience & Qualifications

              • Bachelor, IEK Diploma, in Informatics, Network or other any other relevant field
              • Hands-on experience with PC or Payment Machines’ maintenance is desirable. Experience in Satellite Equipment, Content Management and structured cabling will be appreciated.
              • Ability to work effectively under pressure and within time constraints
              • Good communication and organizational skills
              • Strong troubleshooting skills
              • Accuracy and attention to detail
              • Ability to work efficiently both within a team as well as independently
              • Fluency in Greek and English oral and written
              • Good knowledge of MS Office
              • Availability to work in shifts
              • Driving License (type B)
              • Completed military obligations (for male candidates)
