We have an open vacancy for a Telecom Field Engineer in Athens.

 

Main Responsibilities

  • In collaboration with Supervisor manages the relationship with Neurosoft’s existing Telecom clients in order to ensure customer satisfaction from provided services.  
  • Ensures the timely and accurate delivery of services to clients. 
  • Ensured the quality of deliverables and continuous staff training. 
  • Guides Neurosoft’s  Partners activities related to Telecom. 
  • Creates a specific path for training courses and makes sure all partners attend. 
  • Is responsible for adopting new equipment , procedures and solution proposal to Neurosoft’s structure 
  • Assists & Guides staff and partners in the execution of duties where needed. 
  • Prepares detailed Statement of Works in order to keep field staff up to date with the necessary activities to be performed. 
  • Monitors incidents arising and when needed, coordinates with internal teams.  
  • Develops, proposes and executes improvement plans in collaboration with internal and external parties. 
  • Orders necessary materials, tools, equipment spare parts needed according to company procedures and in collaboration with the Manager and Procurement Dpt. 
  • Ensures adherence to agreed field SLA targets and Regulatory requirements. 
  • In Collaboration with Health and Safety team ,ensures that the team applies all health and safety rules in the field. 

Professional Experience & Qualifications

  • At least 2-3 years of experience in a similar position in a telecom provider, with hands-on  experience in installation of Optics, Ip and Fixed Network equipment. 
  • B.Sc./TEI degree in Electrical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Computer science, Telecoms, Physics, Mathematics.  
  • Excellent knowledge of Ticketing systems and MS Office applications 
  • Deep knowledge of  all aspects of Telecom services from developing a proposition to delivery of items 
  • Experience serving large number of customers  
  • Fluency in English language, oral and written.

          Main Responsibilities

          • Produce orders and arrange stocking of materials in 40 warehouses to ensure they meet needs using the company ERP/WMS system

              Professional Experience & Qualifications

              • Minimum of 5 years of experience in cybersecurity, with at least 3 years in a SOC or incident response role.
              • Deep understanding of network protocols, operating systems, and security technologies.
              • Proficiency in using SIEM platforms and other security tools for monitoring and analysis.
              • Deep understanding of security concepts
              • Scripting and programming knowledge will be considered a strong plus.
              • Threat modeling knowledge is considered mandatory

                • Act as a point of escalation for Level 1 SOC cyber security analysts in support of information security investigations to provide guidance and oversight on events analysis, incidents resolution and containment techniques.

                Professional Experience & Qualifications

                • Bachelor's degree in Cybersecurity, Information Technology, or a related field. Master’s degree in information security will be preferred.
                • Proven experience with UTM solutions (installation, configuration, management and maintenance).
                • Proven experience and knowledge in Networking and associated protocols (TCP/IP, UDP, OSI model etc.).
                • Proven experience in Information Security (Security standards and practices, Security technologies, Security Monitoring, Penetration Testing, Incident Response, Threat landscape etc.).
                • Strong understanding of vessel systems and maritime industry operations.

                    Main Responsibilities

                    Professional Experience & Qualifications

                    • 1-2 years of previous professional experience as a Cyber Security Analyst Level 1 is mandatory while prior experience as Cyber Security Analyst Level 2 will be considered a strong plus

                      Main Responsibilities
