We’re seeking a skilled Systems Engineer (L1) to take charge of end-to-end project lifecycles, from initial planning to closeout.

We are looking for a L1 Systems Engineer to join our 24/7 IT Operations team. This role involves monitoring, troubleshooting, and resolving basic issues related to Windows OS, Office 365, Active Directory Users and PC hardware. L1 Systems Engineer will act as the first point of contact for technical issues, ensuring fast response times and adherence to Service Level Agreements (SLAs).

What we are looking for:

Associate or Bachelor’s degree in IT, Computer Science, or a related field (or equivalent experience).  

Desired:

• CompTIA A+ or MTA (for foundational IT knowledge). 
• Microsoft Azure Fundamentals (AZ-900) (for cloud services knowledge). 
• ITIL Foundation (for understanding IT service management).

🎯 Main Responsibilities

• System Monitoring & Incident Response: Monitor Windows/Linux servers and virtualization platforms, for performance and security issues, Identify and troubleshoot basic system-related issues, such as service failures, performance bottlenecks, and resource constraints. 
• Respond to alerts from monitoring tools (e.g., Xclarity, Zabbix). 
• Escalate critical issues to L2/L3 engineers while ensuring proper documentation. 
• Provide first-line technical support for end-users and business applications. 
• Assist clients with basic troubleshooting steps via Ticket, phone, or email. 
• Guide users through basic troubleshooting steps for OS and application-related issues. 
• Ensure all support requests are logged in the ticketing system (e.g., Jira). 
• Ensure prompt incident resolution within customer SLA-defined response times. 

💻 Specific Technical Skills:

• Basic understanding of system administration (Windows/Linux OS, virtualization, cloud computing). 
• Familiarity with Active Directory (AD), DNS, DHCP, and group policies. 
• Familiarity with Microsoft Office and O365 platform (Excel,Outlook,Word,Teams)
• Familiarity with Ticketing Systems (Service now, Jira)
• Good problem-solving and analytical abilities. 
• Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.

What you will do: Consult and support customers in the deployment and operation of their cyber security infrastructure.

Main Responsibilities

• Provides consulting to customers on IT Security Operations activities
• Supports the customer in day-to-day IT security operations and security platforms administration
• Supports IT staff in the implementation of security controls in the IT infrastructure
• Supports IT staff in the evaluation, prioritization and remediation of findings identified through security assessments and security testing
• Supports the customer in cyber security events analysis and action planning
• Works in cooperation with Security Architects in order to evaluate security solutions and controls and recommend best practices to the customer
• Designs and delivers Neurosoft cyber security solutions PoC to customers
• Coordinates with the security assessments team in order to support the customer in preparation and execution of the required security assessments
• Identifies the security gaps on the customer’s infrastructure according to hardening guides and/or best security practices and plan, schedule and deliver the needed configuration

What we are looking for:

• 1-3 years prior experience in similar role
• Bachelor’s degree or master’s degree in information security, ICT, Networking, or any other relevant field.
• Good knowledge of Microsoft Azure cloud and security, preferred certified in AZ-500.
• Good knowledge of security and network architectures, IT systems security, and Cloud solutions security.
• Good knowledge of security tools and solutions (e.g. IAM, PAM, DLP, WAF, etc.)
• One or more of the following certifications will be considered a plus: Microsoft SC-100, SC-300, SC-400 or other Microsoft certification, any OT/IoT related certification.
• Experience with CyberArk, Microsoft Purview, Intune, Qualys  will be considered as a plus.

What you will do:

Lead customer operations’ teams to enhance network optimization and provide architectural and design recommendations based on KPI reporting. Work closely with client’s network operations monitoring departments (NOC, SOC) providing guidelines and instructions for the implementation of best practices regarding ensuring the smooth operation of the network and resolving any issues that may arise during its operation.

Main Responsibilities:

Network Security Design and Implementation: 

·       Design and implement Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) for client network and security solutions.

Customer Support and Operations: 

·       Lead customer operations on premises

·       High level Security knowledge desirable.

·        At least 2 years of experience in network management in a cloud environment (Azure, AWS, Oracle) is desirable.

What you will do:

The Network Security Solutions Manager’s responsibilities include offering technical architectural expertise in design, implementation and support of network and security services, managing a team of technical staff, overseeing resource management and development of staff.

·       At least 10 years of work experience in network architecture, design, Implementation, support (Routing, Switching, FW, DC) in a large organization (SP or Enterprise) or business environment with extensive campus network.

·       At least 7 years of work experience in solutions from manufacturers such as Cisco, Juniper, Fortinet or Palo Alto.

·       At least 2 years of people management experience

·       Bachelor's or Master's degree in a relevant field (e.g. Computer Science, Electrical Engineering, Network Engineering).

·       CCIE (R&S, DC, Security) or equivalent certifications from other manufacturers (Juniper, Fortinet), with corresponding experience in an integrator or telecommunications provider required.

·       Current strong technical expertise with Cisco/Juniper/ Fortinet is required.

·       Cloud/Hybrid infrastructure experience is desirable.

We’re seeking a skilled  Field Services Technician to join our team.

Main Responsibilities 

• Performs troubleshooting, maintenance and repair as well as preventative maintenance and field modifications on customer equipment as per manufacturer/client instructions, in a timely and efficient manner so as to achieve agreed SLAs with customer 

• Installs, modifies, uninstalls when required, tests and repairs equipment and/or software on customer premises as per manufacturer/client instructions 

• Performs staging, test, cleaning, repairs on equipment according to manufacturer instructions in Company premises 

• Maintains customer service logs and internal service records in the required format and in a timely manner; updates knowledge database by recording resolution procedures in new incidents 

• Reports issues in real-time and collaborates with Customer Service Centre and Client Helpdesk to help resolve issues timely 

• Collaborates with Warehouse team in order to manage repair parts and equipment under responsibility 

• Adheres to current regulatory requirements where applicable  

What we are looking for: 

• Bachelor, IEK Diploma, in Informatics, Network or other any other relevant field 

• Hands-on experience with PC or Payment Machines’ maintenance is desirable. Experience in Satellite Equipment, Content Management and structured cabling will be appreciated.
