Overall Purpose of Role:

This is an exciting opportunity to join one of the world's leading online trading brokers to direct and execute strategies aimed at the expansion of the Company's offline partner programs. easyMarkets is seeking native speakers to lead the business development of one of the following regions: Middle East or Arabic speaking regions, Latin America, South/South East Asia and Africa.

Main Activities and Responsibilities:

  • Identify new business opportunities, initiate business development activities, develop and manage key client relationships
  • Manage and execute the business development strategy and implement tactical plans to help meet and exceed organizational expectations
  • Maintain a strong development pipeline according to the Company's strategy
  • Using existing relationships with partners to generate new business
  • Keep up-to-date with the financial markets on a daily basis
  • Complete required training and development objectives within the assigned time frame
  • Organize offline events on a periodical base
  • Prepare business plans for the targeted region on a quarterly basis

Requirements:

  • University degree in Finance/ Economics/ Banking/ Business Administration or related field
  • At least 3-5 years’ experience in a business development role in the Forex Industry
  • Native in any one or more of the above mentioned regional languages (Arabic, Latin American Spanish, Malaysian, Thai, Vietnamese, Hindi, Urdu, Punjabi etc.) plus fluent English
  • Strong negotiation skills and ability to close deals
  • Excellent networking skills
  • Ability to work on own initiative, expand and generate business and effectively close deals
  • Ability to work under pressure
  • Excellent numerical/mathematical abilities
  • Ability to travel to meet existing/potential partners

Further Info:

  • Working hours are daily 9am-6pm Monday to Friday or as per the regional time zone

    Main Activities and Responsibilities:

    • Conversion Rate Optimisation (CRO) strategies aimed at boosting ROI
    • Product Management and technical integration of marketing automation software
    • Onboarding funnels analysis of both web and mobile, competition analysis, conversion optimization, spilt testing, email marketing, push notification etc.
    • Improve and develop our digital communication with new and existing clients
    • Work alongside the marketing team to create, manage and optimize advertising campaigns
    • Report Key Performance Indicators and provide direction to optimize and scale marketing funnels

    Requirements:

    • 3+ years of experience working with online sales funnels, lead generation/subscriptions/ecommerce

    • Proficiency in email marketing and marketing automation technologies and best practices

    • Strong understanding of how all current digital marketing channels function
    • Excellent team management and communication skills written and verbal

        Main Activities and Responsibilities:

        • Contribute in developing the easyMarkets native Android Trading Application
        • Analyse requirements, provide feedback and estimates and execute App development in coordination with the Project Management and Back-end development teams
        • Resolve issues and bugs, and continuously improve the quality and performance of our App
        • Build strong relationships with colleagues based on a foundation of trust and reliability
        • Actively participate in the realization of the Company’s strategic vision

        Requirements:

        • 5+ years of experience developing native Android applications including 4 or more years of Java and 1-2 years of Kotlin
        • Experience in writing and optimizing responsive and performance-sensitive mobile Applications
        • Experience in writing mobile Applications that utilize real-time data streams and which keep alive sessions with remote servers
        • An understanding of how to handle Android’s resource management framework to provide a responsive and uninterrupted user experience
        • Coding to a high standard with a robust approach to the Application’s design, development, and self-testing to ensure that significant bugs are not introduced
        • The ability to advance their own knowledge and research approaches to challenges and solutions on their own, and without the guidance of a more senior Android developer
        • Practical experience with project and task tracking tools such as Redmine, Jira, Asana, Bugzilla

        Beneficial Skills and Experience:
