主な業務と責任:

  • 新規事業の機会を見出し、事業開発業務を主導する。重要顧客との関係を開拓および管理する。
  • 事業開発戦略を管理・実行し、組織としての目標を達成・上回るための戦術的なプランを実践する。
  • 当社の戦略に沿った、強力な事業開発のパイプラインを維持する
  • 新規事業を生み出すために既存のパートナーとの関係を活用する。
  • 日々、金融市場の変化について意欲的に学び続ける。
  • 割り当てられた時間内で、必要な研修や開発目標を達成する。
  • 定期的にオフラインイベントを開催する。
  • 四半期ごとにターゲット地域向けの事業計画を用意する

応募条件:

  • 大学で会計/経済/金融/経営管理またはそれに関連する学部を卒業していること。
  • FX業界で事業開発に関わった経験が最低3~5年あること。
  • 前述の地域で使用されている言語(アラビア語、マレーシア語、タイ語、ベトナム語、ヒンディー語、パンジャーブ語等)のうち、どれか1つまたは複数の言語についてネイティブであることに加え、英語を流ちょうに話せること。
  • 高い交渉力と契約締結へ導く能力を持っていること。
  • 人脈形成に長けていること。
  • 自分自身で事業を主導、展開、生成し、契約を効果的に締結まで進められる能力を持っていること。
