As a Senior QA Engineer, you will prioritize test planning and test execution, and hands-on validation and certification of the product readiness. To be successful in this role, you should have a strong understanding of software testing methodologies, tools, and processes, as well as excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
Your main activities and responsibilities
- Your initial responsibilities will be to gain a deep understanding of our systems, to be able to contribute to key in-flight projects
- Define the test planning strategy and identify suitable test cases
- Write and maintain clean, efficient, and reusable test cases
- Conduct peer reviews of test plans to ensure quality and adherence to best practices
- Execute test procedures and/ or scripts either manually or by automated tools
- Regularly update and maintain test documentation to keep it up to date with changes in the application
- Work closely with developers, manual and automation testers, product managers, and other stakeholders to ensure alignment on project goals and deliverables
- Mentor and train junior team members
- Identify risks related to testing and implement mitigation strategies to ensure test reliability
- Participate in Manual and automated testing, work closely with developers and other stakeholders to identify and resolve defects, and to ensure that products meet the required quality standards
Key requirements
- BSc/MSc/Diploma in computer science or a related field
- 4+ years of experience in manual testing
- Strong understanding of software development and testing life cycles
- Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills
- Strong communication and teamwork abilities
- Proficiency in using defect tracking tools (e.g., JIRA, Bugzilla)
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Keen attention to detail and a commitment to delivering high-quality software
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills

You should have worked with structured development practices, a distinct quality assurance function, formal release management, and utilized version control, code reviews, and similar best-practices.
Main activities and responsibilities:
- Develop and maintain a variety of services and systems
- Identify and fix bugs and issues
- Follow best practices in software development
- Write efficient and high-performance code
- Work in an agile environment
- Build strong relationships with colleagues based on a foundation of trust and reliability

要求:
- 大学学历，金融/经济/银行/工商管理或相关领域背景
- 至少3-5年外汇行业从业经验
- 有一定的渠道和资源，工作细致，踏实
- 精通中文以及流利英文
- 强烈的时间观念和服务意识，灵活熟练的谈判技巧
- 优秀的人际交往以及公关技巧
- 工作责任心强、积极主动，工作高效，有创造性，具有团队合作能力

- Nativo na língua da região acima mencionada e inglês fluente
- Fortes habilidades de negociação e capacidade de fechar negócios
- Excelentes habilidades de networking
- Capacidade de trabalhar em iniciativa própria, expandir e gerar negócios e efetivamente fechar negócios
- Capacidade de trabalhar sob pressão

Your main activities and responsibilities
- Identify new business opportunities, initiate business development activities, develop and manage key client relationships
- Manage and execute the business development strategy and implement tactical plans to help meet and exceed organizational expectations
- Maintain a strong development pipeline according to the Company's strategy
- Using existing relationships with partners to generate new business
- Keep up to date with the financial markets on a daily basis
- Complete required training and development objectives within the assigned time frame
- Organize offline events on a periodical base
- Prepare business plans for the targeted region on a quarterly basis
Key requirements
- University degree in Finance/ Economics/ Banking/ Business Administration or related field
- At least 2-5 years’ experience in a business development role in the Forex Industry
- Experience in the markets in Egypt, Jordan, UAE or Palestine will be considered advantageous
- Native languages Arabic and English
- Strong negotiation skills and ability to close deals
- Excellent networking skills
- Ability to work on own initiative, expand and generate business and effectively close deals
