Minthis Property Management is seeking to recruit a passionate, enthusiastic, and attentive to detail CCTV OPERATOR to join our growing team of people. The CCTV Operator will keep MINTHS Resort safe while using all the latest security technology. The control room is a 24/7 service.

Location: Minthis, Paphos

Main Responsibilities:

·       Provide immediate response services on alarm incidents

·       Provide immediate response to emergencies

·       CCTV surveillance and voice interactions

·       Customer support services

·       Liaise with security team, emergency services

·       Management of security software

·       Keeping detailed logs of events

 

Necessary requirements:

·       Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English- Greek or other languages would be an advantage

·       Experience in a similar position

·       Ability to work under pressure

·       High school diploma

·       Good computer skills

·       Able to work a shift system

·       Good eye for detail

·       Ability to muti task

·       Cyprus/European driving licence.

·       Clear criminal record certificate.

·       Security licence will be an advantage.

Customer Care Officer

Location: Paphos

Duties and responsibilities:

·        Ensure that full and accurate customer records are kept on file.

·        Ensure that regular and effective communication is maintained with all customers.

·        Ensure that problems are identified and rectified promptly.

·        Ensure effective after sales customer service and support, related to communal areas, landscaping, housing and pool maintenance, property cleaning and security surveillance.

·        Handle any customer complaints and diligently seek immediate and effective remedy.

·        Monitor customer interactions and personal response rate, quality of response to issues that may arise and effective issue resolution.

·        Identify means of improving customer communications.

·        Implement the procedures of the department set by Management.

·        Make suggestions for overall improvement in processes and procedures.

Necessary requirements:

·        University Degree in Business Administration, Hotel Management or related field will be considered as an advantage

·        Excellent knowledge of the English and Russian language, both written and oral.  Greek  language will be considered as an advantage

·        2-3 years’ experience in a similar role

·        Ability to build strong relationships with clients

·        Demonstrated problem solving and negotiation skills

·        Excellent Computer skills, MS Office, Internet & Outlook Express

·        Team player

·        Attention to detail and a high level of accuracy

·        Ability to work under pressure

Chief Engineer

Blue Orange Property Management Services Ltd is seeking to recruit a Chief Engineer to join a highly active and passionate team.

 

The successful candidate will assist in the efficient running of the department (technician’s, electricians, painters, and pool attendants) and monitor the work reported by clients, to ensure all issues (communal/private) are completed to a high standard.

 

Location: Paphos

 

Duties and responsibilities:

·       Prepare the monthly maintenance programme and delegate appropriate tasks to the Maintenance team.

·       Supervise and manage the maintenance operations of all company’s Projects exceeding the clients’ expectations.

·       Evaluate and conduct work inspections related to the maintenance and technical department.

·       Assist in resolving engineering problems by collecting and analysing relevant information, researching, adapting, and modifying engineering techniques.

·       Monitor and support the work of subcontractors intending to deliver the highest possible workmanship within the project time frames.

·       Work on-site with the repair, refurbishment, and maintenance team to ensure efficient functioning of the electromechanical equipment of the Company.

·       Follow the company’s recording system (OSMS) to ensure that all maintenance issues are solved in an efficient and timely manner.

·       Assist in the preparation of reports, presentations (timesheets, quotations)

·       Ensure excellent business relationships with suppliers and Company associates.

·       Liaise with suppliers, sub-contractors and vendors, to ensure that all given services are according to their agreements and product specification.

·       Responsible for the inventory items (stock taken).

·       Report to Operations Manager

 

Necessary requirements:

·       University degree in Mechanical Engineering

·       3-4 years of relevant experience

·       Fluent in Greek and English language both written and oral

·       Excellent Computer Skills

·       Problem-solving skills

·       Managerial and Communication Skills
