Blue Orange Property Management Services Ltd, is seeking to recruit an Insurance Executive to join a highly active team based in Paphos.

 

The successful candidate must be able to understand client's insurance needs, advice and guide by displaying the appropriate insurance products, in order to claim the most equitable compensation in case of a claim.

 

Duties and responsibilities:

·        Prepare, manage, and provide insurance quotations and cover required

·        Process applications for Insurance, New policies, amendments, cancellations, reinstatements or claims. Ensure all the above requests are processed in a timely manner.

·        Review policies and amendments for accuracy and coverage.

·        Contact insured clients, customer care or Insurance Companies to obtain missing information.

·        Ensure all the necessary details received from Owners comply with Company’s standards and contract requirements.

·        Provide customer service, advising how to proceed with claims.

·        Prepare and review insurance-claim forms and related documents for completeness.

·        Assist in claims management and review/discuss the cost of the damage with the assessors and clients prior to completion of the claim procedure.

·        Transmit claims for payment or further investigation.

·        Run monthly Ageing Balance report and contact clients for payments.

·        Participate in professional/educational seminars.

·        Renew Company Insurance Licence.

 

Necessary requirements:

·        3-5 years’ experience in a similar role

·        Certificate of Insurance Basic Knowledge by Insurance Institute of Cyprus

·        Excellent knowledge English language, both written and oral

·        Demonstrate problem solving and negotiation skills

·        Excellent Computer skills, MS Office, Internet & Outlook Express

·        Excellent interpersonal skills

·        Attention to detail and a high level of accuracy

·        Very effective organizational skills

Main Responsibilities:

·       Provide immediate response services on alarm incidents

Necessary requirements:

The successful candidate will perform various financial and accounting duties and provide general administrative assistance to the accounts department

 

Location: Pafos

 

Duties and responsibilities:

·       Daily record key financial transactions using spreadsheets and automated accounting systems;

·       Maintain proper accounting books and records;

·       Prepare bank deposits, general ledger postings and statements

·       Prepare and send invoices, credit notes, and purchase orders

·       Process receipts, sales invoices, and payments from customers and to suppliers

·       Monitor accounts payable and following up on outstanding balances as required

·       Reconcile accounts in a timely manner

·       Perform bank and supplier reconciliations;

·       Manage petty cash transactions

·       Prepare and submit VAT reports and other statutory filings

·       Ensure compliance with Cyprus accounting, tax, and financial regulations

·       Liaise with government authorities, auditors, banks, and external partners

·       Assist with budgeting, financial reporting, and internal controls

·       Interact with visiting clients or deal with customers by phone and email

The successful candidate will act as a key representative of our operations and ensure the smooth and efficient supervision of the Front Office team, delivering an exceptional experience to all residents and guests.

 

The Front Office Supervisor will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of the reception desk, supervising receptionist and secretarial duties, and ensuring the highest standards of customer service are consistently maintained. The role includes managing phone communications, handling resident inquiries and requests, coordinating front desk activities, and supporting the team in resolving operational matters efficiently and professionally.

Key Responsibilities:

 

·       Supervise and support the receptionist team to ensure efficient front desk operations, professional communication, and the consistent delivery of high-quality customer service

·       Greeting and welcoming guests as they approach the front desk.

·       Answering questions and addressing complaints.

·       Report any issues, concerns, damages in communal areas and client properties.

·       Property Management System (PMS) operation and management.

·       Perform duties under the relevant procedures and instructions of the House Manager.

·       Understand the company’s policy on work shifts, guest’s possessions and privacy issues.

·       Report and return any residents’/guests’ properties found.

·       Report cases of property damage in commercial and residential spaces to the Maintenance department and House Manager.

·       Communicate and follow up any information to the necessary department for resolving.

·       Clean and store all essential equipment at the end of the shift.

·       Maintaining a clean, tidy, smart and well-organized work environment.

·       Tidying up the lobby area and surroundings.

·       Answer all incoming calls and redirect them or keep messages.

·       Monitor office supplies and place orders when necessary.

·       Keep updated records and files.

·       Take up other duties as assigned (travel arrangements, booking services, schedules etc.)

·       Monitor and log office sales, expenses and costs.

 

Requirements:

·       High school diploma.

·       Two years of previous experience in a similar position.

·       Proficiency in Greek & English. Knowledge of any other language (i.e Russian) will be considered an advantage.

·       In-depth knowledge of team management.

·       Excellent knowledge of MS Office (especially Excel and Word).

·       Great interpersonal and communication skills.
