The successful candidate will perform various financial and accounting duties and provide general administrative assistance to the accounts department

Location: Pafos

Duties and responsibilities: 

Daily record key financial transactions using spreadsheets and automated accounting systems

Maintain proper accounting books and records

Assist with annual audits and preparation of financial reports

Prepare bank deposits, general ledger postings and statements

Prepare and send invoices, credit notes, and purchase orders

Process receipts, sales invoices, and payments from customers and to suppliers

Monitor accounts payable and following up on outstanding balances as required

Reconcile accounts in a timely manner

Reconcile bank statements

Manage petty cash transactions

Interact with visiting clients or deal with customers by phone and email

Provide accounting and clerical support to the accounting department

Necessary requirements:

University Degree in accounting, business, finance or related field

2-3 years of relevant experience

Effective Communications Skills

MS Office and working knowledge of accounting software

Credit Control Officer

Blue Orange Property Management Services Ltd, is seeking to recruit a Credit Control Officer to join a highly active and passionate team. The successful candidate will ensure the timely and effective collection of accounts receivable.

 Location: Pafos

 Duties and responsibilities:

·       Chase overdue invoices by telephone, email & letter within agreed timescales

·       Maintain accurate records of all chasing activity

·       Regularly making contact with customers to ensure all relevant debts are managed as necessary

·       Identify changes in payment patterns and propose action to avert indebtedness

·       Handle disputed bills and negotiate to bring payment within the agreed terms

·       Provide accurate advice on billing queries

·       Respond promptly and completely to both client and internal enquiries

·       Propose write off of irrecoverable receivables

·       Negotiate re-payment plans

·       Initiate legal proceedings in case clients fail or refuse to pay on time

·       Liaise with debt collection agencies and external legal advisors as required

·       Provide ad-hoc reporting as and when requested by management

 

Necessary requirements:

·       University Degree in accounting, business, finance, law or related field and 2-3 years of experience in a finance team with variety and large volume of debtors or

·       Minimum of 3 years’ of experience in successful credit control role

·       Additional qualifications or certification in Credit Management/ Debt Collecting will be considered an advantage

·       MS Office and basic knowledge of accounting software

·       Excellent knowledge of the English and Greek language, written and oral

·       Confident, professional and assertive manner and ability to handle potentially uncomfortable conversations

·       Ability to establish and maintain good client relationships

ONE is seeking a dedicated, detail-oriented, and proactive Executive Housekeeper to join our growing team. The Executive Housekeeper will oversee all housekeeping operations, ensuring the highest standards of cleanliness, hygiene, and presentation throughout the property. This role involves coordinating and supervising housekeeping staff, conducting regular inspections to maintain quality standards, and ensuring a seamless and immaculate environment for guests and residents. The ideal candidate will demonstrate strong organizational and leadership skills, effectively manage multiple priorities, and provide hands-on support to the housekeeping team when needed.

 

Given the nature of hospitality operations, the Executive Housekeeper may occasionally be required to work outside standard hours to address urgent operational needs or respond to unforeseen circumstances. Flexibility and commitment to maintaining uninterrupted service excellence are essential aspects of this role.

Location: ONE, Limassol

Key Responsibilities:

  • Establish and/or implement operating procedures and standards.
  • Must be proficient in using property management software to monitor housekeeping operational status, assign tasks, and maintain accurate active records.
  • Plan and coordinate the activities of housekeeping supervisors and crew.
  • Coordinate inspection or inspect assigned areas to ensure standards are met.

·       Complete financial management tasks, such as setting and adhering to a budget.

·       Report any damages in communal areas and client properties.

·       Perform duties under the relevant procedures and instructions of the House Manager.

·       Understand the company’s policy on work shifts, guest’s possessions and privacy issues.

·       Report and return any residents’/guests’ properties found.

·       Report cases of property damage in commercial spaces to the Maintenance Department and House Manger.

·       Inspect and ensure that all storing areas are clean, disinfected and all equipment are deposited properly at the end of each shift.

·       Ability to manage storage areas efficiently, ensuring accurate inventory control and timely stock replenishment.

·       Maintaining a clean, tidy and sanitary work environment.

  • Excellent knowledge of cleaning products, knowhow on mixing and using the right products for each housework case separately.
  • Using any cleaning equipment such as vacuums, mops, and other cleaning tools.
  • Monitoring cleaning supplies and ordering more as needed.
  • Reporting any necessary repairs or replacements.

 

Requirements:

·       A College or a University Degree in Hospitality related field.

  • Two years of previous experience in a similar position.
  • Excellent customer service aptitudes.
  • Purchasing and inventory abilities.
  • Organisational and communication skills.
  • Ability to take initiatives.
