Minthis is seeking to recruit passionate, enthusiastic, and attentive to detail Spa Therapists to join our growing team of people. The Spa Therapists will provide relaxation treatments to our guests according to their needs ensuring a pleasant and comfortable experience.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Provide massages to clients by appointment
  • Guide clients through service offerings and determine which massages would benefit them most
  • Take a detailed client history and note any health conditions
  • Evaluate clients to determine painful or stressed areas of the body
  • Advise clients on stretching, strengthening or relaxation methods
  • Suggest future massage appointments and regime to clients
  • Listen to clients during appointments and adjust technique as necessary
  • Promote a warm, relaxed feeling for members and guests and anticipate their needs.
  • Provide assistance when necessary. Perform any other duties as assigned by Spa Managers.

 

Requirements:

 

  • 2 - 4 years of experience as a professional massage therapist
  • Experience working in a spa preferred
  • Strong interpersonal communication skills

Requirements:

Key Responsibilities:

  • Plan and oversee marketing campaigns across multiple channels, including digital, print, social media, and events, to optimize operational performance.

  • Conduct market research to identify trends, competitor activities, and customer preferences, using insights to inform marketing strategies.

Accounts Assistant

 Main Responsibilities:

Audit all revenue transactions for all the company’s operating units, reviewing each for accuracy and completeness

  • Ensuring that the physical cash received matches the Point-of-Sale settlement reports
  • Audit the Credit Card transactions for accuracy. Ensure the POS details reports agree with Credit Card Machine reports.
  • Identify and obtain explanations from respective personnel for reason for variances
  • Check that genuine discounts are given.
  • Perform month end closing and ensure that the trial balance agree with general ledger.
  • Prepare the Daily Tips Reports for all outlets.
  • Work with the various other teams to support their data needs
  • Prepare any other report or work requested by Management.
  • Maintain proper filing and record retention and is familiar with Income Audit policies and procedures.
  • Daily bank reconciliation preparation.
  • Recommend new approaches, policies, and procedures to effect continual improvements in efficiency of the department and services performed.

Requirements:

  • Hospitality experience will be considered as an advantage
  • Degree in accounting or finance (advantage)
  • Fluency in English language both written and oral. Any other languages will be considered as an advantage
  • Knowledge and experience in revenue recognition principles
  • Experience in Point of Sales systems
  • Intermediate Excel skills and ability to work with large volumes of transactional data
  • Quantitative, analytical, and organisational skills
