Minthis is seeking to recruit a passionate, enthusiastic and caring Kids Club Attendant to join our growing team of people. The Kids Club Attendant will be responsible for providing fun, educational and caring services to the children of members and guests, in a warm and welcoming environment.

Location: Minthis, Paphos

Requirements:

• Providing safe, caring, and fun services to our youngest clients in compliance with Resorts’ Standards
• Participate in everyday activities
• Interact with the children in a positive and age-appropriate manner
• Build rapport with and take a genuine interest in all children and parents utilizing the club’s child activity services
• Promote the club’s youth programs and activities and assist parents in program registration.
• Help keep facilities and equipment clean, tidy, and well maintained.

Qualifications:

• Nursery Nurse Diploma or equivalent qualification.
• Loves children
• Good knowledge of English is a must and preferably knowledge of Greek or Russian. More foreign languages will be considered an additional advantage.
• Previous experience in a similar position
• Pleasant and friendly personality, reliable, enthusiastic and polite.

Minthis Golf is seeking to recruit Golf Services Attendant. The Golf Services Attendant will provide exceptional guest and member customer service, communicating effectively with the Golf Team.

Location: Minthis, Paphos

Main Responsibilities:
• Welcome the customer to the resort and golf area
• Serve the customers what they have rented in the golf shop
• Respond to customer’s questions and requests
• Give directions to customers and accompany them
• Ensure transmission of information to other department
• 1st tee organization as starter
• Pace of play control as course advisor
• Drive the transfer vehicles to and from Hole 10
• Cleaning golf carts after play & parking them for charging
• Advise customers, checking reservations and availability
• Take care of the golf bags, including loading and unloading from golf carts & electric trolleys, cleaning the clubs, and store them in our facilities
• Take care of practice facility, picking range balls, baskets and trashes
• Golf course set up control like stakes, trashes, markers, etc.
• Batteries control and maintenance of both electric trolleys and carts

Necessary requirements:
• Must be fluent in English, other European Languages a plus.
• Great communicative abilities

• Proactive and passionate by the guest service
• Golf experience an advantage but not essential

Minthis Resort is seeking a skilled and passionate Pastry Cook to join our dynamic culinary team. The successful candidate will be responsible for the efficient operation of the pastry section, preparing high-quality desserts and baked goods in line with our standards. This role offers an exciting opportunity to contribute to the creation of innovative and seasonal pastry menus, working closely with the Pastry Chef to deliver exceptional dining experiences.

Location: Minthis, Paphos

Responsibilities:

• Adheres to all standard procedures and policies pertaining to pastry preparation, receiving, storage and sanitation and a full awareness of all menu items, their recipes, methods of production, plate specifications and consistency of presentation.

• Creates pastries, baked goods, and confections, by following a set recipe.

• Prepares ingredients and handles baking and other kitchen equipment.

• Ensuring consistency, quality, and artistic presentation of all pastry products.

• Monitors the stock of baking ingredients. Assisting with inventory control, stock rotation, and minimizing wastage.

• Assisting in the creation of new dessert menu items and seasonal offerings in collaboration with the Head Pastry Chef.

• Consults daily with Sous Chef and Head Chef on the daily requirements, functions and also about any last-minute events.

• Makes adjustments to accommodate guests with allergies, food intolerances and other dietary requirements.

• Complies daily with the hygiene, sanitation, HACCP and other applicable local rules and regulations throughout the pastry section of the kitchen.

• Ensures the environmentally friendly disposal and recycling of garbage is carried out in a proper manner and dispose of, under the guidelines set by management.

• Performs any other duties and responsibilities as assigned or as requested by the Management.

Requirements:

• High school diploma.

• Certificate in culinary arts, pastry-making, baking or relevant field.

• 2 or more years’ experience working within the food industry as a Pastry Chef, Baker, or relevant role.

• Good command of the English language (verbal & written).

• Flexibility to work shifts, including weekends and holidays.

• Working knowledge of baking with ingredient limitations (pastries that are gluten free, sugarless etc.).

• Creative ability with artistic skill in decorating cakes and other desserts.

• Keen attention to detail.

Minthis Golf is seeking to recruit a Proshop Receptionist to join the team. The Proshop Assistant  will ensure the smooth operation of the Proshop as well as provide assistance in course management tournament, customer service, scheduling tee times, starter and merchandising.

• Excellent Computer Skills, MS Office, Internet & Outlook Express

Requirements:

·       Degree or Diploma in Hospitality Management or related field will be considered an advantage.
