Requirements:

• Providing safe, caring, and fun services to our youngest clients in compliance with Resorts’ Standards
• Participate in everyday activities
• Interact with the children in a positive and age-appropriate manner

Minthis Golf is seeking to recruit Golf Services Attendant. The Golf Services Attendant will provide exceptional guest and member customer service, communicating effectively with the Golf Team.

Location: Minthis, Paphos

Main Responsibilities:
• Welcome the customer to the resort and golf area
• Serve the customers what they have rented in the golf shop
• Respond to customer’s questions and requests
• Give directions to customers and accompany them
• Ensure transmission of information to other department
• 1st tee organization as starter
• Pace of play control as course advisor
• Drive the transfer vehicles to and from Hole 10
• Cleaning golf carts after play & parking them for charging
• Advise customers, checking reservations and availability
• Take care of the golf bags, including loading and unloading from golf carts & electric trolleys, cleaning the clubs, and store them in our facilities
• Take care of practice facility, picking range balls, baskets and trashes
• Golf course set up control like stakes, trashes, markers, etc.
• Batteries control and maintenance of both electric trolleys and carts

Key Responsibilities:

• Warmly welcome guests and provide courteous, professional, and efficient service at all times.
• Act as an ambassador of the resort by maintaining in-depth knowledge of hotel services, facilities, and local attractions.
• Assist guests with dining reservations, transportation arrangements, excursions, spa appointments, and other personalized requests.

Key Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with resort’s departments to understand business needs and promote their offerings, aiming to increase revenue, profitability, and guests’ satisfaction.
• With the marketing team plan, coordinate, and implement marketing strategies and campaigns for resort’s services, including accommodation, food & beverage, golf, spa, and sports facilities.
• Execute marketing initiatives across multiple channels—digital, print, social media, and events—to support business goals and reach target audiences.
• Assist with the monitoring of the digital agency and their campaigns, providing support to the resort and marketing team by analysing the data.
