Main responsibilities:
• Plan weekly and daily work based on the project plan
• Monitor and report work input by subcontractors and own personnel
• Receive materials and check quality and quantity according to specs and purchase orders.
• Assist the project site engineer with the keeping of records
• Monitor and support the work of subcontractors with the aim of delivering the highest possible workmanship within the project timeframes

Construction Manager

Main responsibilities:

  • Study the architectural, structural and other drawings and the specification, identify problems/ areas for clarification, and ensure that foremen and subcontractors involved are sufficiently informed. Collaborate with the Project Manager, the Architects and the consultants for the effective supervision of the works
  • Confirm compatibility of site conditions with designs (soil, drainage, slopes and levels, access, environmental sensitivity, other constraints) prior to the commencement of works

Quantity Surveyor

The successful candidate will be reporting to the Project Manager and will be assigned Quantity Surveying related tasks.   Measuring, preparing and monitoring the bill of quantities for new and ongoing progress of Pafilia Development Projects. Approval of valuations for subcontracting works and payments.

Location: Limassol or Paphos

Main Responsibilities:

  • Measurements and preparations of bills of quantities and estimates for parts or the whole of construction works in relation to the company’s building construction development projects.
  • Measurements of site construction activities.
  • Preparation of monthly valuations, liaison with contractors and sub-contractors on works executed.
  • Preparation of Actual vs Budget reports during project execution
  • Preparation of Final Accounts regarding final total cost to initial budgets

Maintenance Engineer

Responsibilities: 

Studying maintenance manuals and construction documentation of Minthis projects

Scheduling preventive building maintenance on the base of maintenance manuals

Preparing and submitting for approval annual budgets for the preventive maintenance of each project.

Controlling the expenditures Vs approved annual budget.

Performing preventive and predictive maintenance activities on a weekly, monthly, quarterly and annual basis in order to reduce emergency calls and corrective maintenance. 

Responding to equipment faults/breakdowns or to building damages as they occur.

Identifying problems and ensuring they are fixed in a timely manner

Leading / managing the building maintenance team  

Ensuring the quality and the timely execution of the maintenance works. 

Liasing with the Project Manager, QS manager and Purchasing engineer for the assignment of subcontractors or suppliers of the maintenance projects.

Keeping store of materials, tools and equipment

Maintaining archive of projects’ drawings and specifications / as fitted drawings / maintenance manuals / leaflets of materials etc

Cooperating with / supervising Minthis Property Management for the execution of Μ&Ε maintenance

Communicating with Minthis resort management to coordinate maintenance activities

Preparing reports as requested

Assisting in developing the current Policies and Procedures

Pafilia is seeking to recruit a Customer Care Officer/Interior Designer based at Minthis in Paphos. The successful candidate will ensure the excellent customer satisfaction of the customers from the purchase of their property right through to the delivery and after delivery as well.

Main Responsibilities:

·       Ensure that all customer correspondence is aligned with the Customer Care Department quality standards and procedures.

·       Liaise with clients regarding changes and requests for their properties, respond timely and effectively. Gather and assemble all information from all relevant departments.

·       Keep an updated customer registry of all clients’ correspondence and details regarding changes, upgrades and other information or client requests. 

·       Liaise with clients regarding optional upgrades for their property.

·       Keep notes during meetings with client and architect to select finishes or discuss changes or extras. Follow up on these notes and make sure client and other departments are updated accordingly.

·       Update clients on the construction progress on a regular basis.

·       Assist in the preparation of furniture packages in coordination with our architectural department and suppliers. Visit suppliers with customers if required. Liaise with client and suppliers to finalise orders. 

·       Arrange welcome packages for delivery.

·       Take notes for snagging items on the day of delivery or any extra the client may request and follow through that these will be executed.

·       Arrange connection of EAC, CYTA and Municipality on the client’s behalf, (this includes visiting these services in person).

·       Provide after delivery service to the clients for any assistance they require with their properties.

·       Prepare furniture’s packages and presentations for the projects and liaise for the order and placement.

·       Prepare other proposals in regards to the interior design needs of the company.

·       Respond to client enquiries within 24hs.

·       Assist the Property Care department and liaises with customers accordingly

·       Assist in rectifying of issues and respond to customer requests before and after customers visit to their property

 

Necessary requirements:

·        University Degree in Interior Design

·        Excellent command of Greek and English language both written and oral

·        Previous experience in the hospitality, customer care, guest relations and/or similar field is required

  • Excellent Computer Skills (MS Office, Internet and Outlook Express)
  •         Knowledge of Auto-cad, 3D Max, Rhino and Atlantis (or other similar software to produce CGis)
  •          Excellent communication skills
  •         Excellent organizational skills, attention to detail and ability to meet of strict deadlines
