We are seeking an innovative and experienced Sales Director to join our dynamic team at Minthis. The ideal candidate will be responsible for driving brand awareness globally, enhancing our luxury lifestyle and real estate offerings, forging strategic partnerships, and building relationships with high-net-worth individuals. Additionally, this role will focus on business development by identifying new market opportunities, expanding our network of real estate agents and international sales partners, and developing strategies to attract potential clients and investors.
Location: Minthis, Paphos
Responsibilities:
- Lead market analysis, competitor benchmarking, and sales forecasting to guide decision-making and identify growth opportunities.
- Develop and execute strategies to position Minthis as a premier resort global destination.
- Achieve the Sales and Marketing targets set annually by Management, while ensuring all efforts remain within the approved budget.
- Develop and implement a structured lead generation strategy, focusing on global markets and targeting luxury real estate investors.
- Expand the company’s network of luxury real estate agencies, relocation specialists, and wealth advisors to increase international sales.
- Identify and establish relationships with high-net-worth individuals, real estate agents, and international sales networks to drive new client acquisition, while representing Minthis at high-profile luxury and networking events in Cyprus and abroad to cultivate connections with key stakeholders, brand partners, and industry leaders.
- Monitor budget performance and make adjustments as needed.
- Drive real estate sales through creative marketing campaigns and strategic collaborations.
- Lead innovative marketing campaigns to position Minthis as a leader in luxury experiences and lifestyle.
- Develop strategic partnerships and collaborations with luxury brands to create unique events and experiences that resonate with target clients.
- Lead business development efforts, identifying new opportunities for growth and strategic partnerships to support the long-term success of Minthis.
Necessary requirements:
- Proven experience in sales, brand management, luxury marketing, or strategic partnerships. Relevant working experience in a luxury environment (Real estate preferred).
- Degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Communications, or a related field.
- Strong network within luxury brands and/or real estate will be considered as an advantage.
- Creativity and a track record of implementing successful marketing/sales strategies.
- Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
