Pafilia Property Developers Ltd is seeking to recruit an Operations Officer for its Main Office in Paphos. The successful candidate will play a key role in supporting and enhancing the efficiency, quality, and consistency of the company’s operational activities. Working closely with the Operations Manager, this role ensures the smooth execution of day‑to‑day operations, drives continuous process improvements, and facilitates effective coordination across all departments.
Location: Paphos
Responsibilities:
· Assist in planning and coordinating operations to ensure efficient functioning.
· Support the Operations Manager in overseeing day-to-day activities and managing staff.
· Supervise and guide operational staff, ensuring proper training and development.
· Assist in scheduling and delegation of tasks to ensure operational efficiency.
· Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and prepare reports on operational performance.
· Identify areas for improvement and assist in implementing solutions.
· Analyze existing operational processes and recommend improvements.
· Implement new processes and ensure compliance with company policies and standards.
· Streamline workflows to enhance productivity and reduce costs.
· Oversee inventory management and ensure optimal stock levels.
· Coordinate with suppliers and vendors to ensure timely delivery of materials.
· Manage assets and resources effectively to support operational requirements.
· Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations and company policies.
· Maintain accurate records of compliance-related activities.
· Assist in budgeting and financial planning for operational activities.
· Monitor expenses and identify cost-saving opportunities.
· Assist in planning and executing operational projects.
· Coordinate with different departments to ensure project timelines and goals are met.
· Monitor project progress and report on milestones and deliverables.
· Implement, monitor, and review IT software relevant to the operating activities of the company
Necessary Requirements:
· University Degree in Business Administration, or other relevant field;
· Excellent knowledge of English language both written and oral;
· Advanced Computer skills;
· Excellent communication and interpersonal skills;
· Strong organizational skills
· A high degree of integrity and confidentiality as well as a flexible approach to a busy workload;
