Pafilia is seeking to recruit a high-calibre Russian Market Sales Manager to drive and expand its presence in the Russian-speaking markets. The successful candidate will manage and support the Russian Speaking Sales Team to maximise property sales and ensure commercial success in both local and overseas markets.
This role involves leading the Russian-speaking sales team, identifying and developing new markets, coordinating activities between local and overseas offices, and actively participating in the company’s sales strategy for the region.
Responsibilities:
• Lead, motivate, and oversee the Russian-speaking Sales Team to achieve and exceed targets.
• Drive and grow sales in the Russian market as well as develop sales across other Russian-speaking countries.
• Identify, open, and develop new markets within the broader Russian-speaking regions.
• Be fully responsible for the management and performance of the Russian-speaking Sales Team, including setting budgets and monitoring performance.
• Participate actively in shaping and implementing the Sales Strategy for the Russian-speaking markets.
• Coordinate between local offices and overseas representatives to finalise sales deals efficiently.
• Negotiate the terms of agreements and close sales with professionalism and agility.
• Conduct thorough analysis of market and customer information to spot opportunities and mitigate risks.
• Negotiate variations in price, delivery, and specifications with clients where necessary.
• Advise clients on forthcoming product developments.
• Promote Pafilia’s brand, reputation, and values across all markets.
• Provide continuous feedback to management on potential opportunities, threats, and market trends.
• Support the development of long-term relationships across the sales network
• Suggest enhancements to project promotion methodologies to optimize sales performance.
• Set individual and team sales targets and monitor their achievement.
• Control and review all sales-related expenses to ensure alignment with the approved budget.
• Prepare periodic sales reports, forecasts, and recommendations for the Management Team.
Necessary requirements:
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Real Estate, or related fields.
• MBA, Master’s degree, or relevant professional qualification is essential
• Extensive experience in sales management, preferably in real estate or luxury markets, with a strong focus on the Russian-speaking clientele.
• Proven track record of successfully growing and developing new markets.
• Strong leadership, coaching, and team management skills.
• Excellent negotiation and closing skills.
• Strategic thinker with a proactive, results-driven approach.
• Strong organizational and budget management capabilities.
• Ability to operate effectively in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.
• Fluent in Russian and English (both written and spoken); knowledge of other languages is an advantage.
• Willingness and flexibility to travel abroad as needed to develop strategic partnerships and explore new market opportunities.
