As part of our continuous growth, we are seeking a motivated and capable IT Officer to join our team and contribute to both operational IT functions and internal technology initiatives.
The IT Officer will support the daily operation of the company’s IT systems, ensuring the smooth functioning of hardware, software, and network services across the organization. The role also includes participation in internal software development and automation initiatives, contributing to continuous improvement of business systems.
Location: Paphos
Main Responsibilities:
IT Operations & User Support
· Provide technical assistance to users regarding hardware, software, and network-related matters
· Diagnose and resolve IT issues in a timely and efficient manner
· Install, configure, and maintain desktops, laptops, printers, and other IT equipment
· Support users with Microsoft Office, email systems, and internal applications
· Maintain user accounts, permissions, and access rights
Systems & Infrastructure
· Assist in the administration and maintenance of IT systems and services
· Support installation and configuration of operating systems and business applications
· Monitor system performance and identify potential issues proactively
· Maintain accurate documentation of IT assets and configurations
Software & Technology Initiatives
· Contribute to internal software tools and automation projects
· Assist in testing, troubleshooting, and improving internal systems
· Support data processing, reporting, and system enhancements
· Collaborate with the IT team on technology-driven improvements
Maintenance & Administration
· Perform routine system updates and checks
· Assist with backup procedures and basic security monitoring
· Ensure adherence to IT policies, procedures, and best practices
· Maintain technical documentation and user guidelines
Necessary Requirements:
- University Degree / Diploma in:
- Computer Science
- Information Systems
- Software Engineering or related field
- 1–3 years of relevant experience in IT or similar role
- Good understanding of:
- Windows operating systems
- Basic networking concepts
- Microsoft Office / Microsoft 365
- Programming, Databases, or scripting
- Familiarity with Active Directory and basic IT administration
- Excellent knowledge of Greek and English (written & spoken)
- Strong problem-solving and organizational skills
- Ability to work independently and demonstrate initiative
