Role: To review architectural drawings and specifications, plan and execute small to medium sized single projects, or large projects in cooperation with a Senior Site Engineer, monitor and evaluate quality of works of contractors, subcontractors and Foremen on site.

Location: Minthis, Paphos

Responsibilities:
• Study the project drawings and the specification, identify problems/ areas for clarification, and ensure that formers and subcontractors involved are sufficiently informed. Collaborate with the Project Manager, the Architects and the consultants for the effective supervision of the works
• Confirm compatibility of site conditions prior to the commencement of works
• Ensure adherence to H&S guidelines
• Prepare execution project plans and contingency plans for the construction and delivery
• Carry out the execution of  projects according to plans
• Monitor and report project progress on a weekly basis
• Collaborate with the technical support team for all customer requests and particularly for the smooth delivery of the property
• Monitor and support the work of subcontractors with the aim of delivering the highest possible workmanship within the project timeframes
• Collaborate with the Purchasing Department for the correct and timely supply of the materials
• Assess quality of materials and the performance of materials suppliers of the project
• Ensure regulatory compliance during project execution
• Ensure that accurate inventory records of materials and equipment are kept
• Assess the performance of foremen
• Prepare and follow the project program of works
• Prepare and keep the daily site diary for each  villa house
• Measure on site quantities of subcontractors works for  payments  propose
• Ensure that the works are executed within the agreed budget
• Provide  all the necessary  efforts to all directions  in order to  minimize the final cost of the project

Necessary requirements:
• University degree and master in Civil Engineering
• 5 to 10 years of relevant experience
• Fluency in Greek and good in English languages both written and oral
• Excellent Computer Skills, MS Office

Group Health and Safety Officer

Pafilia Property Developers Ltd is seeking to recruit a Health and Safety Officer. The successful candidate will act as the full-time internal Health and Safety Officer of Pafilia Group and be responsible for all health and safety matters.

Location: Paphos/Limassol

Responsibilities:
• Carry out risk assessments and consider how risks could be reduced
• Outline safe operational procedures which identify and take into account all relevant hazards
• Carry out regular site inspections to check policies and procedures are being properly implemented
• Ensure working practices are safe and comply with legislation
• Lead in-house training with managers and employees about health and safety issues and risks
• Keep records of inspection findings and produce reports that suggest improvements
• Record incidents and accidents and produce statistics for managers
• Act as the full-time internal Health and Safety Officer of Pafilia Group and be responsible for all health and safety matters
• Control and management of any matters relating to the safety and health of employees at the premises and Construction sites of the Company
• Carry out regular inspections and make recommendations and take all necessary actions
• Organize and contact educational or informative courses on occupational safety and health issues
• Prepare the health and safety plans for all company’s projects

Necessary Requirements:

• University degree in Civil Engineering, Mechanical Engineering or any other related field of studies
• Accredited Member of ETEK
• 3-5 years of work experience in a similar position
• Qualified or partly qualified Health and Safety Officer as per Labour Office Inspection regulations 
• Work experience in construction industry is a plus
• Fluency in Greek and English language both in oral and written
• Excellent computer skills, MS Office, Internet and Outlook Express

Foreman

Pafilia is looking to recruit a Foreman for a large project in Paphos.

The successful candidate will be in close collaboration with the project site engineer, plan and oversee the daily operations in the execution of the construction activities, monitor the quality of work, control materials receipts, and closely monitor all the sub-contractors.

Location: Paphos

Main responsibilities:
• Plan weekly and daily work based on the project plan
• Monitor and report work input by subcontractors and own personnel
• Receive materials and check quality and quantity according to specs and purchase orders.
• Assist the project site engineer with the keeping of records
• Monitor and support the work of subcontractors with the aim of delivering the highest possible workmanship within the project timeframes
• Allocate work and guide the execution of work by Pafilia own personnel.
• Monitor work hours, work ethics, and work performance by Pafilia personnel
• Ensure adherence to Health & Safety guidelines
• Monitor site security
• Monitor the correct use of equipment, the condition of equipment and degree of utilization and assess needs for additional equipment.
• Maintain accurate inventory records of materials and equipment on the site.
• Identify areas of waste and provide suggestions for their elimination
• Provide suggestions to the project site engineer for practical measures to improve Health & Safety performance, site security, and more effective handling of disciplinary issues among workers.

Necessary qualifications:
• 15+ years relevant experience in construction projects.  Experience in Cyprus Construction projects preferred

Successful candidate will clean data, prepare reports, reconciliations, and monitor financial movements to help management make well informed decisions.

Main Responsibilities:
• Data collection: gather raw data from various sources, including databases, spreadsheets and external datasets
• Data cleaning: identify and correct errors, inconsistencies, and missing values in the data to ensure accuracy and reliability
• Data transformation: convert raw data into a usable format by reformatting, restructuring and normalising data sets
• Reconciliation: reconcile financial data and records to ensure accuracy, reliability and compliance with established policies and procedures
• Collaboration: work closely with financial analysts and other stakeholders, such us the owners of the Company, to present reports
• Understand data requirements and delivery necessary data sets
• Reporting: Generate reports, such as yearly budgets, monthly cashflows, project profitability reports and feasibility studies, as well as ad-hoc assignments.
• Tools Utilization: Use data management and analysis tools (e.g., Excel) to process and manipulate data.
• Confidentiality: Ensure the confidentiality and security of sensitive data in compliance with organizational policies and regulations.

Necessary requirements:
• BSc in Finance or Accounting or Maths or Computer Science or Data Science or related discipline
• Experience with data cleaning, reconciliations and transformation tools and techniques
• Proficiency in data management and analysis tools such as Microsoft Excel
• Basic analytical skills to interpret and summarize data findings.
• Demonstrate high level of accuracy and attention to detail
• Good verbal and written communication skills to document processes and collaborate with team members

Necessary requirements:
• University degree and Master degree in Business or other related field
• Minimum 8 years’ experience in a similar role, at least 5 years in customer relationship management role
• Property industry knowledge is a plus
