Main responsibilities:

Senior Architect

Pafilia is seeking to recruit a Senior Architect based at Minthis in Paphos. The successful candidate will work within a design team that includes Architects, Landscape Architects and Engineers, under the close guidance of the Minthis Chief Architect.

 

Main Responsibilities:

·       Meets Minthis clients and presents villas design. Answers all questions and issues raised by the customer. Introduces the client into the concept of the project, highlights the advantages.

·       Investigates the client's needs, prepares drafts, 3D presentations, contract plans.

·       Maintains an updated set of sales plans for all the plots on the market. For this purpose,  prepares assessments and presentations to the management regarding new neighbourhoods entering the market. Undertakes the design of the necessary changes to the project masterplan and is responsible for securing planning and building permits.

·       Supports the Sales Department, trains salespeople, ensures regular updating of sales specifications

·       After the signing of a contract, provides necessary information, guidance and assistance to the Architect who will undertake the issuance of the Planning Permit and the detailed design of the villa.

·       Checks the drawings of the Planning Permits before their final signing.

·       He is very well informed about all the technical aspects of the project as well as about its execution course.

·       Undertakes customer requirements after signing the contracts for changes to plans and specifications, makes all necessary contacts with customers in collaboration with the Customer Care officer, proposes solutions.

·       Occasionally, participates in the detailed design of the villas until the final issuance of the drawings for construction.

·       He is also involved in other related tasks that may be assigned to him by the management.

 

Necessary requirements:

·       University degree in Architecture

·       10 years professional experience in a design office,

Main Responsibilities:

·       Assist the Group Legal Advisor in the drafting of legal opinions, memoranda and other briefing documents.

·       Draft, review and handle legal documentation relating to property acquisitions, sales, leases and transfers at the Land Registry.

Responsibilities:

  • Acts as the Deputy Health and Safety Officer of Pafilia Group and assist the Group Health & Safety Officer in all health and safety matters.
  • Ensures that all activities of the Group comply with the health and safety legislation.
  • Participates in the activities of each Safety Committee throughout the Group.
  • Prepares risk assessments and consider how risks could be reduced.

Responsible to ensure that the project receives the required best quality services and all construction materials at the lowest total cost of ownership/total cost of engagement in a timely and orderly matter that will assist the project execution team to complete the project without delays relating to material unavailability and to the high specifications standards anticipated by the project design.

Responsibilities:
• In coordination with the projects management and planning team prepare and implement the projects material procurement schedule.
• In coordination with the project commercial team prepare and update the project bill of quantities and budget as per new materials prices and specifications updates.
• Identify and evaluate potential material suppliers and compare quality, cost and supplier performance in benefit of the project cost and delivery.
• Prepare and review completeness of material tender documents and issue Invitations for Tender to all potential suppliers.
