As part of our continuous growth and development, we are currently looking to reinforce our Digital Marketing department, at our headquarters in Limassol, with a highly motivated Webmaster.

 

The position

The successful candidate will report to the Head of the department and will be responsible to:

 

  • Design, modify, maintain and support the firm’s and associate firms’ websites
  • Ensure websites are easy to navigate and they address the needs of the respective firm and its clients
  • Ensure high-performance and manage all technical aspects of the CMS
  • Support firm’s marketing initiatives through the sites and ensure SEO, driving traffic and making sure that websites rank highly
  • Keep the websites running seamlessly, constantly testing the site’s functionality, ease of use and load time
  • Maintain the websites, which involves coding, adding new content and features, enhancing navigation through CSS and HTML, video and artwork and backing up the sites
  • Provide site security
  • Optimise loading speeds and capacity
  • Monitor and analyse site performance
  • Contribute to the firms’ graphic design requirements

  

 The Requirements

The successful candidate should meet the following requirements:

 

  • A Degree in Information Technology, Graphic Design, Marketing, Communication or relevant
  • 2 years of experience in a similar position will be considered an advantage
  • Proven knowledge in the Adobe Creative Suite, particularly Photoshop, Illustrator and After Effects
  • Experience and knowledge in the following will be considered an advantage:
    • WordPress, HTML and CSS
    • Digital Marketing and Social Media
    • SEO and SEM
  • Ability to demonstrate critical thinking, provide solutions, recommendations and additional actions, in order to resolve issues and mitigate risks
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills in Greek and English languages
  • Strong interpersonal and organizational skills, professional discipline and willingness to assume responsibility

As part of our continuous growth and development, we are currently looking to reinforce our Corporate department with a Corporate Administrator.

 

Main Responsibilities

  • Management and daily administration of a portfolio of companies
  • Drafting and reviewing of corporate documents
  • Assisting and handling the administrative part of transactions
  • Ongoing and effective communication with clients
  • Preparation of all necessary documents for the formation of a new company
  • Registration of companies at the Registrar of companies, with the completion of various forms
  • Supporting the the electronic filing system integration. 
  • Compliance and assistance with all ‘KYC’ procedures and policies of the firm
  • Maintenance of internal records ensuring they are always updated
  • Assisting with filing of data, documents / relevant forms and applications with public authorities
  • Dealing with the annotation of the UBO registry kept with the Registrar as well as of the trust registry kept with CySEC

The Requirements

The successful candidate should meet the following requirements:

  • Degree or diploma in secretarial studies and/or diploma or certificate on corporate governance and administration
  • At least 2 years of experience in a similar position
  • Excellent organisation skills
  • Ability to work under pressure
  • Strong computer literacy
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills in Greek and English language
  • Knowledge of the AML regulations and application of KYC compliance procedures will be considered as advantage

As part of our continuous growth and development, we are currently looking to reinforce our Finance department with an Accountant.

Main Responsibilities

The successful candidate will be part of a high caliber accounting & finance team and will have the following main responsibilities:

  • Maintaining and updating accounting records via accounting software SAP
  • Preparing and maintaining ad-hoc reports
  • Liaising with banks and being responsible for bank related matters
  • Liaising with creditors and debtors
  • Managing reconciliations (cash, banks, receivables, payables, axes)
  • Assisting with VAT & VIES registration and submission, filing and all related tasks
  • Contributing to the statutory compliance (preparation of Financial Statements, Tax Compliance, etc.)

The Requirements

The successful candidate should meet the following requirements:

  • Graduate of degree in Accounting or other related field
  • Holder of LCCI Higher or GCE A’ Level
  • Minimum 2-3 years previous work experience in a similar position
  • IT Literate and advanced knowledge of Excel
  • Previous experience and knowledge of SAP accounting software
  • In process for obtaining AAT/ CAT /ACCA, will be considered as an advantage
  • Good understanding and previous experience with Tax and VAT matters, will be considered an advantage
  • Time management skills, ability to work under pressure and with tight deadlines
  • Enthusiastic team player who enjoys being part of a team
  • Strong interpersonal skills and ability to communicate effectively
  • Strong work ethics, confidentiality, positive attitude and professional approach
  • Good command of the Greek and English language
