HR Officer


The HR Officer will report to the People & Culture Manager and will be responsible for the following Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Deputizes the PCM.
  • Day-to-day tasks of the HR Department.
  • Supports the induction process of new employees.
  • Manages the recruitment, selection process and job adverts, shortlists.
  • Maintains and updates employees’ records.
  • Responsible for employees immigration procedures
  • Develops, implements and monitors overall HR strategies, systems, tactics and procedures across the organization.
  • Prepares, reviews and updates the job descriptions and qualifications of the employees.
  • Oversees and manages a performance management system that drives high performance.
  • Assesses employee training needs to apply and monitors training programs.
  • Liaises with HRDA and training organizations for the planning of trainings.
  • Enters and maintains data in the HR System (EXELSYS).
  • Ensures legal compliance throughout human resource management.
  • Handles employee grievances and implements disciplinary procedures.
  • Supports Internal Resourcing procedures.
  • Monitors maternity, sick and annual leaves.
  • Provides day to day advice and guidance to staff.

 Requirements and Qualifications

  • Bachelor or Master’s degree in Human Resources or related field.
  • At least 2 years of experience in a similar position.
  • People oriented, team player, positive, energetic and results driven.
  • Knowledge of HR systems and databases will be considered an advantage.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, interpersonal, and organizing skills.
  • Competence to build and effectively manage interpersonal relationships at all levels of the company.
  • Computer literate.
  • Excellent command of the English and Greek language.

Sales Manager - Israel

Sales Manager - Israel

Reporting to the CCO, the Sales Manager identifies, qualifies and develops sales opportunities for TUS in the Israeli market, aligned with wider commercial and corporate strategy.  Works directly with all the key stakeholders internally and externally to support all sales initiatives and targets. Monitors and analyzes regional performance to identify trends and opportunities. Identifies opportunities for improvements in policy and procedures to improve efficiency. Focused on the delivery of strategic sales initiatives & solutions, this role would suit an individual with a high level of sales acumen.

Duties and  Responsibilities

  • Undertakes overall responsibility and accountability for the management control and administration of the company’s commercial policy in Israel.
  • Leads the development, implementation and management of the sales & marketing development of TUS Airways in Israel and its associated processes and enhancement programs.
  • Ensures that the airline has an integrated, ambitious and practically implementable sales strategy that is consistent with the overall corporate strategy in place at the carrier.
  • Formulates and implements the country’s sales strategy to maximise short and long term revenue opportunities and reduce cost of sale.
  • Plays an instrumental role to drive both B2B & B2C revenue growth but with a critical focus on ensuring direct sales becomes the cornerstone of the airline’s revenue generation.
  • Delivers monthly budgetary sales revenue targets.
  • Maximises sales opportunities through the development of ancillary revenues (value added) through both airline and third party services.
  • Undertakes the negotiations and execution of sales contracts within the remits defined by Head Office.
  • Contributes to the airline’s digital transformation with the leadership team at Head Office
  • Drives strategic & tactical partnerships, with airlines and non-airline alike, in Israel to strengthen TUS Airways’ network and consumer reach.
  • Leads and drives the airline's brand & marketing development program in Israel within the defined parameters of the Head Office.
  • Provides comprehensive and timely feedback to head office on achievements, deficiencies, market trends, market intelligence and challenges together with recommendations and insights on issues in order to support the decision making process to protect the overall interest and profitability of the airline.
  • Provides weekly/monthly/quarterly/annual reports in terms of work flows and actions (with tangible deliverables) to Head Office.
  • Identifies sales and marketing opportunities in Israel, and upon approval from head office, adapts the required strategies and processes.
  • Builds strong relationships (and becomes the focal contact point) with all travel market stakeholders in the country including tour operators, travel agencies, aggregators, travel companies, tourism bodies, airport authorities, etc
  • Builds and maintains country-wide relationships with political representatives, government departments, regulatory authorities, commercial organisations, third party suppliers and contractors and ensures conformity with company policies and local & international regulations.
  • Ensures compliance with local legislations and aviation requirements so the legal and commercial interests are safeguarded.
  • Manages the airline’s customer service portfolio for POS Israel matters.
  • Represents the airline at key relevant travel events, exhibitions and fairs in Israel.
  • Maintains overall administrative and budgetary controls of TUS Airways in Israel.
  • If necessary, recruits, trains & manages required staff as deemed necessary by Head Office.
  • Any other reasonable responsibilities assigned by Head Office to achieve company sales & market targets in the country.
  • Uses excellent communication skills to successfully influence improved sales outcomes based on insight
  • Uses experience and knowledge of the industry to stay ahead of the curve, driving innovation both internally and externally with partners
  • Provides regular performance-based sales reporting to key stakeholders within the business

Engineering Records & Technical Library Administrator


The Engineering Records & Technical Library Administrator reports to the Technical Services Manager (TSM) and ensures compliance with regulatory and Company requirements.

Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Assists in the follow-up of safety reports and process errors to mitigate repeat occurrences, reducing costs and increasing safety.
  • Administration of the Company document management system for engineering Technical Library.
  • Assists in the provision of periodic data evaluation reports on the safety and compliance engineering performance as an input to the management evaluation.
  • Ensures the communication of engineering data and information to all personnel and relevant contractors or external providers.
  • Assists in the measurement of safety & quality performance for the engineering
  • Assists in the daily operation of the engineering department, AD/SB/OIT/SIB distributing to relevant contractors/subcontractors.
  • Reviews the aircraft technical logs for completeness and compliance with Continued Airworthiness Management Organization (CAMO) procedures.
  • Assists in Review of the aircraft technical records provided by the maintenance organizations.
  • Liaises with the maintenance organizations in case of incorrect or incomplete
  • Updates digital records archives.
  • Maintains accurate records of all checks, services and maintenance or repair activities.
  • Ensures secure storage of technical records.
  • Collects, dispatches, and archives technical documentation and manuals from EASA/FAA, OEM, STC holders, vendors, etc.
  • Interacts with OEM, STC holders and vendors to keep technical documentation up to date.
  • Administers Airbus World, IQSMS, ETL and any other engineering software.
  • Ensures availability of Form 1’s for all components installed on TUS Fleet.
  • Liaises with colleagues within and outside Technical Records to ensure availability of up to date and correct Maintenance Records.
  • Provides support to compile records for Aircraft transfers.
  • Provides recommendations and improvements of technical procedures and processes.
  • Manages projects as directed by Lead Engineer.

Supply Chain Officer/AOG


The Supply Chain Officer/AOG is part of TUS Airways’ AOG Purchase department that provides round-the-clock, global support to the fleet. This role:

  • is the primary point of contact to deliver swift and precise solutions for all AOG and urgent aircraft material requests.
  • decides, executes and coordinates activities that support urgent material requests from Part 145 MROs. These activities include the transfer, purchase, sale, loan or exchange of parts to customers.

Duties & Responsibilities:

  • Receives and processes AOG and urgent material requests from MRO.
  • Identifies material in TUS Supply Chain, release available material from BIRD Part 145 stores or expedite existing orders.
  • Strategically sources material from external suppliers using all available tools.
  • Obtains multiple quotations (as per procurement policy) prior to the procurement of requested materials.
  • Works as a liaison between Purchasing, Logistics, Engineering and Maintenance departments.
  • Continuously follows-up to ensure supplier and delivery commitments are met for all AOG and urgent material requests.
  • Ensures seamless collaboration, proper communication and quality service to both internal and external customers and partners.
  • Ensures duties are performed in full compliance of existing procedures and processes.
  • Ensures pro-active mitigation of operational risks.
  • Provides back-up to other team members in performing their functions whenever required.

Requirements & qualifications:

  • Previous airline / aviation experience (MRO/OEM) will be considered.
  • Working experience in the areas of customer support, purchasing, material management, logistics or general supply chain will provide a strong foundation for you in this role.

We are looking for a strategic and results-driven individual to lead our digital marketing efforts as the Head of Digital Marketing at TUS Airways. The Head of Digital Marketing is:

  • Responsible for developing and executing comprehensive digital marketing strategies to enhance brand visibility, drive customer engagement, and meet or exceed revenue through various online channels.
  • Responsible for the optimisation and upkeep of, this individual will also ensure cross-functional working to develop offers, content and to continue site development in line with commercial strategy requirements.
  • This role leads the management, production, and optimisation of all owned digital content across all channels, including organic, social, SEO,, as well as with partner and future on-board digital assets.
  • This role will have innovation at its heart, keeping abreast of latest trends, competition, and the wider travel industry to ensure TUS Airways establishes itself effectively and then remains relevant across all digital channels and through social media engagement.

Strategic Development:

Digital Advertising Management:

  • Optimize campaigns to reach target audiences, increase conversions, and achieve cost-efficiency.

Requirements and Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in marketing, digital marketing, or a related field. Master's degree will be considered an asset.
  • Proven experience (+7 5? years) in digital marketing, with a focus on strategy development, implementation, and optimization.
  • Strong knowledge of digital marketing channels, including SEO, SEM, social media, email marketing, display advertising, and content marketing.
