TUS Airways is inviting candidates to submit their CV applications for the following position which must fulfil the requirements below:

 Crew Rostering Officer

 Duties & Responsibilities:

  • The timely preparation and publishing of monthly crew rosters based on flight schedule requirements.
  • Coordinate crew positioning and support the scheduling of training activities.
  • Identify crew requirements for the airline based on flight schedules.
  • Monitor crew duty times and rest periods to support compliance with flight time limitations (FTL) and fatigue management policies.
  • Maintain and update crew training records in the rostering system in cooperation with the Training Department.
  • Handle and plan crew leave requests and identifying potential scheduling conflicts.
  • Ensure adherence to EASA regulations, Cyprus DCA requirements, and TUS Air’s internal safety, security, and compliance policies.
  • Report any safety, security, or compliance concerns via the Company’s reporting system.
  • Participate in relevant meetings, training, and crisis preparedness exercises as directed.
  • Ensure compliance of Standard Operating Practices against relevant regulatory requirements and organization’s compliance requirements.
  • Commitment to TUS Air Fatigue Management program and principles.
  • Participate in CRPM exercises and deployments as per Company policies and procedures and in accordance with assigned duties as outlined in the TUS CRPM.
  • Comply with the safety, security and compliance duties and responsibilities detailed in Chapter 3 of the MSM.
  • Any other duty as assigned by the Director of Flight Operations.

Requirements and Qualifications:

  • At least 2 years’ relevant work experience in large aircraft (CS-25) commercial air transport operations will be considered an asset.
  • Be qualified through training, experience, and expertise.
  • To the extent of his/her responsibilities, have a full understanding of the following materials, with respect to TUS operation:
  1. Aviation safety standards and safe operating practices.
  2. Regulatory requirements.
  • Discharge his/her duties to meet all applicable legal and operational requirements, and to maintain safe operations.
  • Prior experience with PDC software will be considered as an asset.
  • Excellent command of the English language, both verbal and written.
  • Computer-literate and excellent user of MS Excel & Word.
  • Attention to detail approach and team spirit.

Aircraft Engineer (CRS B1 or B2)

Aircraft Engineer (CRS B1 or B2)

 Duties & Responsibilities:

  • Undertake projects and tasks related to aircraft maintenance according to their License scope
  • Exercise approval related to tasks and inspection
  • Ensure the completion of high-quality work related to the aircraft, and its components, and complete documentation
  • Ensure that the defects are accurately defined by the crew and rightly recorded
  • Perform in-depth defect troubleshooting and rectification
  • Analyse and interpret any technical information related to the aircraft
  • Read engineering manuals and diagrams
  • Supervise mechanics working under his/her responsibility
  • Work in collaboration with other departments to finish the project work
  • Ensure that facilities, premises, and equipment are maintained to a generally accepted standard
  • Any other task as assigned by the Line Maintenance Manager

Requirements and Qualifications:

  • EASA Part-66 Cat. B1 or Cat. B2 License endorsed with A320 CFM56
  • Optional Type Rating Endorsement(s): A320 V2500/ CFM LEAP-1A/ IAE PW1100G or Boeing 737 NG.
  • 6 months recent maintenance experience in the last 2 years
  • Ability to work under pressure
  • Ability to work within a team
  • Computer literate
  • Excellent command of the English and Greek language
  • Right to live and work in the EU
