A320 Rated Directed Entry Captain

TUS Airways Ltd continues its network expansion plans using our fleet of Airbus A320 aircraft for Summer 2023 onwards.

With reference to our crew planning requirements Tus Airways is inviting suitable candidates to submit applications for the following position which must fulfil the requirements as below:

A320 Rated Direct Entry Captain - Minimum Requirements:

Minimum 4000 hours total flying time.

  • Minimum of 2500 hours Pilot in Command (PIC) on a Multi-crew, Multi-engine Turbo-Jet aircraft
  • Minimum 1500 hours PIC on Airbus Fly By Wire Aircraft.
  • Applicant must have a valid A320 type rating.
  • Valid EASA ATPL(A) Holder.
  • Valid EASA Class 1 medical certificate.
  • English language Proficiency Level 4 or above.
  • Clean Criminal Record.
  • Unrestricted right to live and work in the EU.

Cabin Crew Members

TUS Airways is currently seeking to recruit Cabin Crew Members for full-time or seasonal employment

Cabin crews are responsible for the safety, comfort and welfare of passengers on board the flight. Duties include but are not limited to:

  • Properly execute the duties related to the safety of the aircraft and the passengers, while maintaining consistency with the highest ethical standards
  • Dealing with emergencies
  • Administering first aid
  • Provide excellent customer service and creates a friendly atmosphere on board
  • Arriving at work on time, adequately rested, and presented to provide these services at the highest level

 Minimum Requirements:

  •  Between 18 and 35 years of age
  • High School Graduate
  • Fluent in both English and Greek*
  • Clean Criminal Record
  • Unrestricted right to live and work in the EU
  • Holders of a valid EASA attestation and medical certificate if available*

 *(Attestation and any additional language, especially Hebrew, will be considered as an advantage)

 Experience as a cabin crew member will be an advantage in the interview selection process.

Revenue Management & Pricing Executive

We are looking for a passionate professional to join the Revenue Management Team.

Revenue Management & Pricing Executive shall be tasked with developing and maximizing the revenue opportunities for the airline. The role requires strong analytical skills and ability to deliver expected unit revenues in a highly competitive market scenario.

 Qualifications

  •  Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent (e.g. Operations Research, Maths, Statistics etc.)
  • Minimum 3 years of experience in Revenue Management
  • Knowledge of Revenue Management and Pricing principles (knowledge of ATPCo standards will be an advantage)
  • Advanced analytical ability and strong understanding of mathematical and economic concepts as related to revenue management and pricing.
  • Knowledge of data processing and visualization tools like MS Excel, SQL ,  PowerBI etc.
  • Knowledge of revenue management systems and decision support tools will be an added advantage
  • English Language to IGCSE/TOEFL level or similar, unless graduate of an English-speaking University

 Responsibilities

The role shall be responsible for the following:

  • Ensure that business processes, practices and systems reflect the company’s revenue goals and align these to capture potential revenue opportunity and maximize passenger revenue per flight leg.
  • Meet monthly Revenue targets and related KPIs.
  • Steer flight inventory based on demand and seasonal patterns.
  • Enhance and optimize ancillary products to effectively manage and grow this revenue stream using a data-based approach.
  • Run analytics and what/if scenarios to assess impact of potential management decisions around revenue and pricing opportunities.
  • Monitor and adjust fares based on market inputs and demand, ensuring TUS Airways offers optimal fares.
  • Coordinate with sales and marketing teams and other stakeholders to understand the market scenario and position TUS Airways fare and ancillary products accordingly.
  • Manage/Adjust demand forecast by analyzing historical and future trends and considering competitors’ practices.
  • Utilize TUS Airways’ RM system/tools to drive optimized revenue and calibrate system inputs to have optimized results.
  • Comprehensive reporting of competitor activity and market profiling.
  • Handle complete group process from the group request to the group materialization and monitoring of group figures.
  • Handle the seat allocation process; analyze negotiated requests and the number of seats and contract conditions with the Sales team, optimize seat management and releases and monitor seats materialization rate.
  • Perform any other in tangent duties as may be assigned by management from time to time.

AVIATION BUSINESS INFORMATION ANALYST

We are looking for a fresh graduate or a candidate with minimum years of experience to join our Commercial team.  

Aviation Business Information Analyst shall be tasked with analyzing data from various sources to support business decisions in the commercial areas of the airline. The role requires strong analytical skills and ability to see through opportunities using a data-based approach and through interacting with internal and external stakeholders.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent (e.g.Mathematics, Sciences, Economics, Business/Data Analytics)
  • Strong eye for detail, analytical skill with ability to identify variances, analyze and interpret data, and understand their impact on business development and bottom-line result.
  • Experience working with MS Excel (advanced level) and Data analysis tools like Power BI
  • Good understanding of database structures and experience with SQL.
  • Airline/Airport Commercial experience will be an added advantage.
  • English Language to IGCSE/TOEFL level or similar, unless graduate of an English-speaking University

Responsibilities

The role shall be responsible for the following:

  • Own the business intelligence process; oversee business critical data from industry specific BI sources (e.g. MIDT, airport statistics and other subscribed data providers/services)
  • Analyze traffic, cost and revenue data; provide analysis on business opportunities e.g.true origin-destination data, unserved routes, markets, new entrants and geopolitical data.
  • Provide regular cost & revenue data in cooperation with finance department.
  • Perform regular market screening and analyze market demand to identify potential un-served and underserved routes using a data-based approach and provide input and long-term forecasting to support network development and potential alliances.
  • Review and validate key business assumptions for the route revenue and route cost budgeting process based on regular tracking of KPIs such as Revenue per pax, Revenue per Air Movement, Asset Utilization time, Cost elements & other metrics etc.) and provide forward-looking inputs like anticipated new frequency from rivals, airport incentives and related financial terms.
  • Perform periodic analysis, benchmarking, and update on competitiveness of costs, monitor network profitability periodically and prepare reports for management.
  • Monitor and update rivals profile including aircraft orders and deliveries, new routes launches, partnerships, and alliances, etc. by analyzing aviation publication and other new sources.
  • Support management decisions and external reporting as required using a data-based approach and share variance analysis for understanding business performance.
  • Gather critical information from meetings with various stakeholders and produce useful reports to support management decision making.
