Responsibilities
An excellent opportunity for an experienced and passionate HR professional to bring expertise and a personal touch, helping to create a supportive and engaging environment that reflects the Company’s values. With a blend of operational and strategic responsibilities, the successful candidate will oversee the entire HR function whilst contributing to a culture that aligns with the Company’s values and business goals.
Main responsibilities include:
- Talent Acquisition and Recruitment
- Lead the recruitment and selection process to attract high-caliber candidates
- Manage end-to-end recruitment, including job postings, screening, interviewing, and on boarding
- Develop relationships with local talent sources, universities, and agencies
- Foster a positive workplace culture by promoting open communication and resolving any employee concerns
- Build and maintain relationships with employees to understand their needs and support their professional development
- Act as a trusted advisor to both employees and managers on HR-related issues
- Design and implement performance management systems to ensure employee growth and productivity
- Coach Managers in conducting evaluations, setting goals, and managing performance issues effectively
- Lead initiatives that recognize and reward high-performing employees
- Identify training needs and create learning opportunities to improve employee skills and competencies
- Develop and execute a professional development plan that supports individual and team growth
- Organize workshops, seminars, and team-building activities aligned with the company’s objectives
- HR Policies and Compliance
- Ensure that HR policies comply with Cypriot labour laws and industry standards
- Oversee all employee records, contracts, and legal documentation, ensuring accuracy and confidentiality
- Support succession planning efforts and talent management to sustain long-term growth
- Develop HR metrics and reports to track progress, identify trends, and make data-driven decisions
- Compensation and Benefits Administration
- Assist in payroll and resolves remuneration issues including promotion and benefits
- Design and administer employee benefits programs, taking into account cost-effectiveness and employee needs
Profile of the ideal candidate
- University degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, or a related field
- At least 5 years of experience in a broad HR role, with at least 2 years in a supervisory / managerial / team lead role
- Very good knowledge of Cypriot employment laws and regulations
- Proven ability to handle sensitive and confidential information
- Very good interpersonal, communication, and problem-solving skills
- Tech-savvy – Microsoft Office and HR softwares
- Positive and dynamic personality, with a strong sense of duty, responsibility and reliability
- Very good knowledge of Greek and English.
